The Yorkshire Evening Post are reporting that Leeds are not interested in signing Jonathan Kodjia.
Reports had surfaced last week that the Whites could make a move for the Congolese international, but YEP journalist Phil Hay has said that sources close to the club have told him they will not be bidding for our no.22.
Fans on Twitter were happy that the 28-year-old will not be moving:
They couldn’t afford him..,

If we get rid of Hogan and Jack and Chester surely we have to keep some players

Verdict:
I would rather see us get Ross McCormack and Scott Hogan off the books, to be honest with you, if we are going to sell strikers this summer. Kodjia is a tremendous asset and will probably start as first-choice up front next campaign if he isn’t sold.
Of course, if a sizeable bid does come in then we may have no choice, but hopefully, it doesn’t come to that. Tony Xia is in the country this week, with the Express & Star reporting that he is considering a “number of offers” with a change of ownership or a minority investment possible. We will have to wait and see what happens.
