Yawn fest I’m afraid folks, even the links are getting boring and more strangely today, they are all for players outwards!

Marlon Harewood, who has apparently been shocking in both our recent friendlies (see Glensider’s match reports) would like to join Hull City according to his agent Phil Sproson who said in the Daily Mail: ‘Marlon would certainly jump at the chance to join Hull City and the club knows that. Hull City know where we are and know Marlon’s situation. I have spoken to Phil Brown recently and he said the situation was that Hull were looking at a couple of players and were assessing their options. Marlon and Bobby played together at West Ham, they know each other very well and are friends, so he would love to play alongside him again.’

I can’t see that impressing Hull, a transfer being talked about in the press by a players agent? If they know the situation, why does he need to be talking about them to the Mail?

The Daily Mail have … wait for it… an exclusive. So exclusive in fact that they put it in capital letters EXCLUSIVE… wow, got me hooked.

They claim that Steve Bruce wants to grab Nigel Hokey-Cokey for a mere £6million… which is a doubling of the price from the report yesterday linking him to Middlesbrough for £3million. Inflation eh, totally out of hand. (Jenas In As Villa Do The Hokey-Cokey)

Anyway, in this report, which must be true because it is EXCLUSIVE, Julian Bing, not related to Chandler Bing I assume, mostly because Chandler Bing was a fictional character… yes, I really am this bored with the transfer stories today… says that 25-year-old NRC is seen as the right man to add some ‘steel’ to Sunderland’s midfield having failed to land Wigan’s Lee Cattermole.

Apparently MON has already told Reo-Coker he can leave if the right offer comes in but wants the deal done quickly so he can replace him. MON did say yesterday he is looking for five quality arrivals PLUS replacements for any players sold.

Hey, radical idea, why not keep the players we buy and add to them?!?!

As reported yesterday in the Villa Times 22-year-old striker Sam Williams has left Villa after his contract expired and has joined Yeovil Town.

Yup folks, looks like it is going to be a quiet news day, why not go outside, venture into the real world, do something else… like dodge the rain… not before clicking an advert or two and making me my millions though obviously!
