I like this.

If a young player isn`t going to be used, instead of just writing them off and selling, send them out on loan to prove themselves!

This time it`s our former Reading midfielder who avfc.co.uk have confirmed has gone out on a season long loan to Nottingham Forest.

The Club statement reads:

Aaron Tshibola has joined Nottingham Forest on loan until the end of the season. Tshibola heads to the City Ground to link up with the Reds. The 22-year-old midfielder signed for us in the summer from Reading and has gone on to make ten appearances and scored one goal.

Good luck, Aaron.

Fingers crossed he continues his development and comes back next season having proved he is capable of a place in Steve Bruce’s new look Villa.

Bruce said: “With the people I`ve signed, I think it`s important he goes and plays at his age,” adding, “It`s a good deal for all of us.”

The Mail report also says Forest don’t have an option to buy but negotiations might take place at the end of the season if he impresses.
