Aston Villa look to have secured fifth place at least with our spot in the Play-Offs already secured after we took a point earlier today in Sunday’s Championship clash with Leeds United.

With Villa fantastic winning streak, we knew Leeds would be out to make a mark on the game after their recent back to back defeats and the game lived up to its billing and then some.

Real chances on the day were pretty matched but they took the lead in a controversial manner as not only did Villa switch off after a challenge on Jonathan Kodjia with the expectation the ball would be put out of play (play to the whistle boys) Leeds ended up scoring from an offside position as they played on.

In the aftermath of the handbags, Anwar El Ghazi saw red for an elbow that never happened and Marcelo Bielsa instructed his team to let us equalise.

1-1 was how it finished but the game is going to dominate the headlines for a while.
