A CAREER of highs, lows, trophies, tantrums and the occasional controversy and front page headline – allow us to introduce you to Paul Merson.

Never short of an anecdote or a funny story, the former Aston Villa, Arsenal and Middlesbrough man was a hero to many during his long career.

Now a popular Sky Sports pundit, football ,fans can now join the ex-England International at A Night With Paul Merson and Friends.

The Black Tie gala event on Thursday May 3 at The Belfry, Sutton Coldfield promises to be a delight for sports fans, whatever your team persuasion, with ‘Merse’ being joined alongside pals from his playing days.

Want to know the story about THAT ‘beer guzzling’ celebration, fancy knowing what his England and ‘Boro pal Paul Gascoigne was really like, ever wondered what his favourite goal was?

What about his favourite boss? Or that gaffer he just didn’t like? Ask away.

This could be your chance to find out more.
The night includes a three course meal and a Q and A with Merse and friends compered by TV personality and top comic Nick Hancock, star of They Think Its All Over.
