Nice to see Steve Bruce seeing the error of the 3 at the back pretty quickly and reverting. Some have said he`s set in his ways, this suggests maybe not. I have no idea why he changed the winning formula from the Norwich win but hey ho.

Before he made the change to four at the back, it looked much of a muchness to me, same old same old even. But after that there were definite signs that the team were passing far better, weren`t always trying to get rid of the ball as if it was a bomb (!) and also were going forward. ie not the tippy tappy sideways and backwards nonsense.
Shame there is an international break now, it spoils the momentum. Just GOT to get that all too rare away match win now and all should be moving forward and more importantly upwards.
