On September the 7th I will be running 10k at Sutton Park to try and raise money for Cancer Research UK.
10k might not sound a lot to you but with my natural levels of fitness it’s really gonna kill me. I managed to build myself up to 7k a few months ago, then stopped going the gym and am now back to square one. Went the gym yesterday and almost collapsed after 3.5k! Bugger.
Anyway I’m determined to do this and will be going the gym 4 times a week from now until the day of the run in order to make sure I’m ready.

No pressure. I appreciate a lot of you probably do your fair bit or charity and also appreciate lots of people do these runs for Cancer Research so you may have already sponsored other people, so as I say no pressure…..
