Delaney Is Right – Sort Of!

Vital Villa asked last week whether Mark Delaney was right to be angry about his contract following his quotes about the one-year-option being taken up.

The majority, with 48%, said that everything at Villa is negative full stop. I have to agree, with a poor manager, abysmal chairman, unhappy fans, players often in the press moaning, the club has lost all direction!

38% agreed with the comments by Delaney, a further 7% said they sort of agreed but with the money he is earning maybe he isn’t in a strong position to moan. You can certainly see that point of view, he is probably earning in a week, or at least in a fortnight, what most people pick up in a year.

Only 7% thought he was wrong and that his is always injured anyway.
