Three Villans helped the England U19 side to a 3-1 victory over Turkey last night.

Nathan Delfouneso, Gary Gardner and Nathan Baker all played in the match and had something to cheer.

Baker captained the lads, and Delboy and Gardner Jnr both got themselves on the scoresheet.

Not a bad run out by anyone’s standards eh, especially as the side are now 5 for 5 in the season.

Gary Gardner has another strange reason to celebrate, his appearance last night means he’s now played for three different England teams this season having also represented the U20’s and U17 squads.

In other England news Fabian Delph impressed during his run out in the England U21 side who drew 0-0 with Lithuania.

Delph played all 90 minutes and the point gained in the match leaves England just two points behind group leaders Greece with a game in hand.
