Emile Heskey has praised the Villa faithful saying the fans are behind the team ‘every minute of the every game’ saying our support has been ‘fantastic’.
He is looking to reward the away fans this weekend with a win against Bolton Wanderers.
‘We need to give them something to cheer about again on the road – hopefully starting this weekend. They make so much noise and the players really do notice that. That makes a massive difference. They get behind the team and we really love the atmospheres they create at each ground.’
He also says the team have been ‘phenomenal’ away from Villa Park this season and they aim to get back on track now.
How nice Emile, thank you for some sense and praise to the Villa faithful who have turned up in great numbers home and away despite ever tightening finances in this economic downturn!
