Aston Villa Academy graduate Indiana Vassilev has enjoyed a steady spell out on loan with MLS side Inter Miami, but with the United States season coming to a close, the 20-year-old striker has now returned to Bodymoor Heath.
Having made the switch out to them over the summer, Indy made seven starting appearances for the side, with a further 14 league appearances coming from the bench, and across those games he chipped in with three goals – usually to the amusement of American commentators.
Preparing for the next challenge. 💪

With Villa posting up some more training clips as we continue preparations for Steven Gerrard’s second game in charge – away to Crystal Palace – a few eagle eyed fans spotted Indy’s face in the group and although it seemed his time was coming to an end with us, we’ll all have to see if he gets a second wind under our new gaffer as he’ll no doubt be looking to impress in training now he’s back.
