Blimey, someone wants Eric Jumper-Jumper!?!

Skysports are reporting that Eric Djemba-Djemba could be on the verge of a move to Spain.

Jumper Jumper is yet another player that David O’Leary brought into Villa Park and then failed to play. Villa bought the midfielder (or at least I think he is a midfielder, it has been so long since I’ve seen him play I can’t rightly remember, bet he can’t either!) from Manchester United for £1.35million in last winters transfer window and has since failed to make any sort of impact – or failed to be given any sort of chance, which ever angle you want to look at it is fine with me!

Jumper Jumper has only made four starts in the league for Villa but his agent has told skysports.com that his unhappy stay at Villa Park could soon be swapped for a Spanish Villa!

Charles Collymore told skysports.com: ‘We are waiting for an offer from the club today. A Spanish club have expressed an interest and Aston Villa are aware of this.’
They also suggest that the initial interest from Real Betis has dried up and another Liga side are keen to loan the 24-year-old until the end of the season with an option for a permanent move. You know, the sort of professional loan deal that should have been arranged with Newcastle when we took James Milner on loan!
