Aston Villa are back in action tomorrow afternoon as we take on Blackburn Rovers in the Sky Bet Championship at Villa Park.
The Villans have been excellent in recent weeks and this game provides a chance to win a fifth match on the spin against a side with little to play for now.
Clearly, then, things seem to be heading in the right direction and that seems to be the case with things off of the pitch too.
As per Dean Smith’s comments via the Birmingham Mail, he has revealed that the club’s owners believe that financially we are okay.
He said:
“I am led to believe we are fine with it. It has not changed. We are quite happy with where we are at.”
A lot has happened in the EFL this season with clubs under threat from financial issues and we have had our own problems.
Under the new owners, though, things seem to be better and the hope will be that a bright future can genuinely be achieved.
