Paul Brown spoke to Paul Lambert after the pre-season on www.avfc.co.uk
The Villa boss said he was pleased with his young team.
‘Peterborough are a good Championship side and I know from past experience how hard it is to come here. Darren has a good team but for us to come here and win with the squad we did was very good. Young lads always play without fear. It’s when they get experienced that the game changes.”
He also said that both goals were ‘great` and thought we played some ‘excellent` football.
‘I am delighted with what they have done. They have been a credit to the club.’
All seems such a buzz at the moment doesn`t it?!
