Alex McLeish has called on the squad to show some ruthless professionalism when we face off against Fulham at the weekend.
Speaking to the Official Site ahead of the game McLeish said he wants to see us end our disasterous home form and pick up a much needed 3 points to register our first home win since….November last year!
‘I think we’ve been unlucky in one or two games but I also believe we have shot ourselves in the foot with backpasses, own goals and that kind of thing. We’ve got to get back to getting shut outs. If we get a goal when we are on top, let’s get another one. It’s about showing a ruthless professionalism and mentality.’
Oh well, if it’s that easy then bring on a 10-0 victory!
Well one thing can be sure, we’ll be playing four forwards like we have all season, we’ll perform admirably and it’ll be a delight of an attacking display for the home faithful!
