Milner’s Bye Bye To Season?

Aston Villa are waiting for the results of tests done to get to the bottom of James Milner’s illness.

Milner has had to sit out the last two games with what is believed to be a virus. A reporter asked O’Leary last night at the post match conference if the rumours were true that the on loan player has glandular fever.

O’Leary answered: ‘The medical staff haven’t told me that is the case unless you have spoken to some of the medical team I don’t know.’

A report on the official site says the club are still waiting for the results.

O’Leary added: ‘He’s had a series of tests and we’ll have to wait and see what the verdict is. Hopefully we’ll know more over the next couple of days and we’re keeping our fingers crossed, because James is an important player for us.’

Lets hope it is just a virus, if it is glandular fever, he can wave bye-bye to this season.
