No Bull, Angel Misses Villa

Juan Pablo Angel has admitted to missing Aston Villa and England.

The Columbian striker, now a major hit at the New York Red Bulls having scored 13 goals in 15 matches, said:

‘I miss Villa a lot. I hope one day soon to be able to go back and see everyone again. I miss a lot of things about life in England. I spent seven years of my life there so, of course, it has taken away a beautiful piece of my heart.’

Adding, ‘But it was time to move on and I am now experiencing something different. I hope things work out for Villa this season. I am confident they are heading in the right direction and I hope it works out here for me too.’

Shame, with the sort of service that Ashley Young looks capable of providing, he could have been a major asset for us this season, still, I’m told selling all your players is very much in vogue this year! (I’m joking, I’m joking, calm down!)
