Aston Villa at last completed the signing of West Ham midfielder Nigel Reo-Coker.
The England Under-21 international has at last made his move to Villa Park after agreeing personal terms and passing the mandatory medical.
Nigel’s future has been the subject of speculation for some time after he handed in a transfer request at the end of last season where the West Hams fans blamed him for their poor season.
Villa boss Martin O’Neill sees him as a key addition to his squad and it`s the first player to be signed before the start of the new season.
Reo-Coker, will add to Villa’s midfield options following the recent departure of Gavin McCann.
NRC said “I love the game but I don’t build myself up to be something I’m not.”
A fee of around £8.4 million pounds secures the services of NRC for Aston Villa.
