A rumour just muted on Sky Sports News is that Spurs right-back Pascal Chimbonda could be on his way to Aston Villa on loan until the end of the season.
It is only a rumour at the moment and Sky are trying to get it confirmed.
Not a bad move if true but why do we need another loan? Couldn’t we buy someone? Actually, are we allowed another loan, doesn’t Curtis Davies count as a loan until we pay the full price (despite it being a done deal that neither Villa or the Baggies can go back on?)
More questions than answers at the moment, but then again, we only have just over 2 1/2 hours to go.
