As mentioned on Vital Villa yesterday, according to the agent of Cho Yong-hyung, Aston Villa are keeping tabs on the 26 yr old South Korean international. The report and quotes are almost every where today, but it’s simply hard to not see it as the agent just talking up interest for his client.

That link is repeated in The Daily Mail today along with another link to Arsenal striker Eduardo.

James Nursey at The Mirror says that Villa want both Scott Parker and Tranquillo Barnetta.

As we said earlier in this transfer window, Parker is meant to be the only player West Ham aren’t willing to sell, but a bid of around £10million might well test their resolve as they look to get their finances sorted.

Meanwhile Switzerland and Bayer Leverkusen playmaker Barnetta is linked for around £4m.

18-year-old Cardiff fullback Adam Matthews is also linked again as is a move away for Luke Young to Fulham or West Ham.
