Striker Callum Robinson has made a season long move out to newly promoted Championship side Bristol City today.
Bristol City won the League One title last year to make the step up, and of course many may remember former youth hopeful Derrick Williams who now plys his trade for them.
So far 20 year old Robinson has five appearances to his Villa name – all substitute showings – but in two loan spells with Preston North End last year he really showed his promise, scoring on a good number of occasions and appearing for them in the Play Off semi final before he returned.
With so many strikers incoming this window so far, not a great surprise to see him leave for greater experience and far better for him to be playing proper football rather than bouncing back to Under 21 level.
