Jlloyd Samuel is still keeping his dream alive!
The Villa left back, who made a rare start for Villa against West Ham, is still hoping that he will be able to play in the World Cup for Trinidad & Tobago in Germany this summer.
The 24-year-old, who set up Lee Hendrie’s goal in our 2-1 loss, says:
‘It’s up to FIFA how they deal with it. The chance to play against England has crossed my mind. If I did make it to the World Cup it would be an incredible achievement, considering the way things have gone at Villa. I was born in Trinidad so I should have a strong case. But playing for England Under-21s has made it difficult.’
