Aston Villa make the trip to Loftus Road later this evening to face Queens Park Rangers in our next Championship clash.

On the back of the defeat to Norwich City, head coach Dean Smith will be desperate for us to get back to winning ways tonight and hopefully show further small signs of improvement – not only in terms of the performance itself – but on whatever little fitness work we have been able to get done given we clearly tailed off in the second half given how he appears to want us to play.

With Tammy Abraham coming off with injury in the last one, he has been passed fit to face QPR tonight and we can also expect the return of John McGinn and Yannick Bolasie (Bolasie missed the last one as Smith wanted him to do additional work on the training pitch).

Albert Adomah who also came off injured in the last match hasn’t recovered in time, but Keinan Davis is slowly making his return following surgery.

Smith is quoted by the Official Site as saying.

“Tammy is available. He recovered yesterday and trained today. Albert won’t be. He hasn’t been able to get out on the training field yet from having the knock on his knee. We will be without him. But that gives Yannick the chance to come back into the squad. I didn’t think he made enough of an impact and I told him that on Saturday. He’s worked hard this week and had a really good training session yesterday and today so he will be available for selection tomorrow.”
