Steven Foley, who has been on loan to Bournemouth all this season, is to have talks with Villa before deciding on his future.

It appears the Cherries are keen to sign the 19 year old midfielder whose contract runs out with Villa in the summer.

He is currently on loan until the end of January and Sean O’Driscoll has already held talks with the player regarding a possible permanent contract.

And boss Sean O’Driscoll this week revealed Cherries had already held preliminary discussions with Foley regarding the possibility of a permanent move.
Foley told Daily Echo ‘If Aston Villa weren’t to offer me a contract for next season, I’d love to sign here.’

Adding ‘I’ve really enjoyed my time here and it’s been brilliant. I think it’s just up to Aston Villa now because myself and Sean are keen to get it done, it’s just what they want to do. I’m not sure how they want to go about it. I’ll have to talk to them because I haven’t really spoken to them since I’ve been down here so I need to go back and see what happens.’
