Scans have confirmed that Thomas Sorensen hasn’t broken his collarbone in international duty for Denmark.
The official site says that the extent of his injury, picked up in the 0-0 draw with Northern Ireland, is still unknown but doesn’t appear to be as bad as first feared.
Stuart Taylor is on standby to deputise on Saturday in the Premiership game against Tottenham Hotspur.
Taylor last played in the first team 11 months ago in the 3-1 loss to Manchester City.
