Unoial Villa News…

According to Sky Leicester City are facing a struggle to keep hold of ‘highly-rated’ goalkeeper Paul Henderson with interest from Aston Villa, Wigan and Norwich. The Australian 30-year-old shot stopper is apparently not held down by a long term contract.

Another rumour suggests Villa right-back Aaron Hughes might be returning to Newcastle. The Journal claims his future is ‘in the balance’ after the loan arrival of Phil Bardsley from Manchester United. That is why the talks will continue in the next week.’ Full article: Baros’s agent has big mouth

Reports suggest Chelsea will make their minds up quickly about Shaun Wright-Phillips and Villa could learn today if their bid, loan or permanent, has been successful. Some suggest any Baros move is dependent on SWP moving in the opposite direction.
