Unoial Villa News…
What an awful day. Terrible news that former Villa defender Ugo Ehiogu has died at the age of 44. He suffered a cardiac arrest at Tottenham’s training ground on Thursday. Thoughts with his family at this sad sad time. Villa and Blues will wear black armbands on Sunday and there will be a minutes applause. I thought instead of going into a long article, it would be fitting to pay tribute to him with some of the great images of his time with us. RIP Big Man. Aston Villa have only 9 points left to play for in this year’s battle in the Championship. With the games dwindling down now at the real business end of the campaign as Aston Villa find themselves heading towards the end of May, sitting in 12th place in the table on 58 points, the Play Offs are now an idle dream but so are earlier thoughts of a double relegation.
