Jonathan Fear has said he would like to sign a long term deal to get free season tickets at Villa Park. He also wants to marry Rachel Stevens and plans to retire to his home planet of Zarg. Rachel Stevens was unavailable for comment, the Zargians meanwhile don’t want him back.
Martin O’Neill says that contracts these days aren’t worth the paper they are written on (a theory I’m about to test as I’m going to refuse to pay my MBNA bill this month!) and that he would hate to be doing badly and sitting there on a deal with four or more years to go, he said that would be ’embarrassing’ and although he didn’t rule out signing a long term deal at Villa, he didn’t see it as a priority. I was at the Martin O’Neill forum last night at The Longbridge Social Club presented by Capital Gold which is aired tonight at 7pm on 1152am.
