Chelsea and West Ham remain interested in signing Jack Grealish, according to the Daily Telegraph journalist John Percy.

The journalist is also still adamant that Tottenham will make a low offer of £15m despite the Birmingham Mail confirming that no bids have been received by the club for the player.

With two London clubs also involved, it could force Spurs to up their offer if they are considering making a derisory bid for Jack.

It looks as though Tony Xia has secured enough financing to pay this month’s bills, but the long-term future looks far from certain.

We may need as much as £40m to ensure we comply with Financial Fair Play rules, which may force us into selling our no.10.

So far though, there has been a lot of talk about the playmaker’s future, but there has been little to no movement in terms of formal bids up until this point.
