Two Villa Players Up For PFA Player Of Month – Vote Now

At last, I`ve been surprised a few times that Villa players haven`t made the Professional Footballers Association monthly awards.

And look, just like buses, you wait for ages then two turn up!

Both Scott Hogan and Robert Snodgrass have been nominated.





Shame in a way that we have two players in the mix now, because it will split Villa fans votes. However, if we all get voting, one should stand a chance.

Vital Football are part of the Snack Media set up, and Snack Media are the new digital media partner of the Professional Footballers Association of England and Wales for the next three years and they have been tasked with revamping the PFA’s monthly awards. With the aim of giving more fans across the UK the opportunity to recognise the best performing player each month, across all four professional tiers. The shortlists for each vote (six players) will be drawn up with regular panellists from both the PFA and the Snack Media Group and they will be joined by monthly guest panellists which will include former players, managers, officials, journalists, social media influencers and fans themselves.

When the shortlists are finalised, fans will be able to see the panelists reasoning behind their inclusion for that particular month. Voting and the widgets are now live for the Championship and the shortlist is known.
