Kevin MacDonald’s Under 23 charges are on a role. Having stuffed Wolves six one in our last game, we took a three nil victory over Ipswich Town in the Premier League Cup yesterday evening.
The game had to be rearranged following heavy snow on its originally scheduled date, but lining up at Hednesford Town’s Keys Park last night, goals from Harvey Knibbs, Colin Odutayo and Jacob Ramsey gave us the win as we head towards the knockout stages of the competition.
The win leaves us top of our Premier League Cup group courtesy of a far greater goal difference and our final Group E fixture is Sheffield United next Monday.
