The Express & Star have a report today saying that Villa will look to sell Milan Baros and will sell for less than the £18million get out clause.
The 24-year-old Czech Republic international had a fantastic Euro Championship and according to reports Villa are hoping he repeats his performance at this summers World Cup so they can sell on the biggest asset in the squad.
He cost Villa £6.5m from Liverpool last season and despite having his season hampered by injuries, his record is one goal in two games, (12 in 24).
Baros has already stated: ‘We’ll see what is going to happen after the World Cup. I want to play my best football now.’
The report also re-states that Juan Pablo Angel, Lee Hendrie, Jlloyd Samuel, Eric Djemba-Djemba, Mathieu Berson and Peter Whittingham could all follow Ulises de la Cruz out of the Villa Park door.
They also suggest – as we at Vital Villa have – that Olof Mellberg and Mark Delaney could also be sold if bids come in.
Vital Villa predicted a summer sale in April! Click Here
Lee Hendrie is currently being linked with a move to West Bromwich Albion.
Best hope Doug is one of the Villa staff to make an exit?!

Keep going at that rate and you’ll be struggling to make up the numbers for a 5-aside.
no point buying Cole, he’ll have no one left to play with!
We condeming ourselves to the championship if we sell them.
Erm, any players left?
ure gona struggle big time next season
The economics unfortunately are that we have to sell to buy so someone has to go out of the door, but if you believe the spin they’ll be replaced by “new hungry players”.
My concern is that we won’t have people beating down our door for these players
his scoring record is good. If he didnt have injuries he would of been good.
Still hope very much that we dont have to sell Baros, but realistically, how much cash can we raise just by offloading the likes of JLloyd (guess his possible Charlton move is off now), JPA, Whittingham, Hendrie, Djemba-Djemba etc? One of the premierships
I think a lot of you are missing the point here. Our squad small or not was not good enough to compete lasr season and needs a big overhaul. The very fact that these players are on offer and no other premiership club is knocking the door down to buy them
they would sell him for £10m easy if someone offered it them,
