How has Sheffield United’s season gone so far?

Seasons gone quite quickly so far to be honest. I can’t believe we’ll be half way through it in 3 more games. Had some great high points like Jag’s and Gillespie’s last min goals against Middlesbrough and Charlton and some low points, like watching Chelsea kill the game when they were 2-0 up.

Is Neil Warnock the man to take you forward and can he keep you up?

I’ve always had my doubts about Warnock tactically but he’s brought in some great signings this season with Davis and Hulse. He deserves the chance to try and keep us up and, the way things have been going recently, he might just do it. As for the future I think he’s looking at retiring in the next couple of seasons whether we stay up or not.

What realistically can Sheffield United expect to achieve?

Realistically I think we can stay up this season and hopefully attract some players in the summer (we’re crying out for a creative midfielder). We certainly have the fan base to be a Prem team but we can’t afford to do a Bradford or West Brom and stay up one season and then plummet the next. So survival this season then a mid-table finish next season would be great progress.

What is your impression of Aston Villa?

The potential at Villa seems huge, but every season you seem to under-achieve. You’ve certainly spent some money over the last few years (compared to us at least!) but not been rewarded from the players in return.

What do you think about our manager Martin O’Neill?

I absolutely love O’Neill! I think he’s a great manager and seems a great bloke too. He’s definitely the man to take you forward as a club.

Who in your side should we fear tonight?

Gillespie’s been on fire lately. His crossings superb and he’s scored a couple of goals. Other than that Nade up front has been plying well. He’s very strong and skilful but is hardly the greatest finisher when he gets in front of goal.

Who in our team do you fear and how lucky are you that Gareth Barry is out?!

It sounds like Agbonlahor has been one of your best players this season. It’s great news for us that Barry’s out. He’s a class player and certainly chips in with a few goals for you guys.

What is your match prediction?

I think it’s going to be quite a tight game. I predict 1-1
