Villa could also face an ex Villan as Marcus Allback might make a start should Zlatan Ibrahimovic is unable to prove his fitness after sustaining an injury.

Allback said ‘My time in the Premiership was a disappointment. Maybe I wasn’t good enough. I don’t think so, but you can’t just say I was good and the managers were not.’
