Villa To Scout For Viking Villans

This could be good news, Villa have appointed a scout for the Scandinavian region.

Ok, before the comments get filled with doom and gloom, I’ll concede I thought that maybe we’d already have had one of those, especially as we’ve had some very fine Nordic players in our time but hey, lets not dwell, lets start dreaming of a great summer of transfers!

Villa have appointed David Wilson for the job. He has recently left Swedish club Ljungskile.

‘I have had contact with Aston Villa for a long time and when they heard that I was taking a break from football they asked if I wanted to do this for them.’ Adding, ‘I have many contacts left in football over here, and it will be fun travelling around looking at players.
