1) When did you become a Villa fan and why?

Mam and Dad (both Irish) lived in Birmingham in the 50`s and were married there. They moved back to Ireland in 1963. My dad was a Villa fan and when Villa were promoted to Div. 1 in 1975, he used to work away from home on Saturdays so he asked me to keep an eye on Villa`s score on World of Sport. If you missed the score, in those days we had to wait for the Sunday newspapers` (which came out on Saturday night!) to get the score. I got the shoot annual in 1976 (77 annual) and it had a big article on Villa in the centre. I wrote a letter then asking Villa could I play for them (I was 11) and they sent me a huge amount of stuff about the club and nicely told me write back when I was older, Hooked ever since!

2) What is your favourite Villa moment of all time/most treasured memory?

For me, watching Villa beat Everton 3-2 AET in the League Cup final second replay in 1977, I was in my Uncles house and it was the first game I ever seen on a colour TV. The same uncle introduced me to BBC radio 2, when listening one day in 1981 in my Dads Hillman Avenger car (only place I could get good reception), Villa were beating Middlesbrough 3-0 and the sound coming out from the radio was brilliant, it was the first time that I really believed that we were going to win the league. I`m sure some of you were at that game, not sure I`ve ever heard Villa Park so noisy since.

3) If you could bring back a former Villa player into this team (at his peak) who would it be and why?

If he was fit and in the humor I would love to see Dalian Atkinson in the current side. His pace and direct running would be great with Benteke.

4) Paul Lambert? Your opinion please?

I liked him as a player and was happy when we got him, I think he can take Villa onwards and upwards.

5) Best and worst moments of last season?

Winning away at Stoke with two late goals, how many times did we let late goals in? For me, Richard Dunne has been a great servant to Irish football and I was sorry to see (or not see!) his Villa career end the way it did.

6) Some say last season was a success, others not so much. What is your opinion?

I don`t think success can be just judged on trophies, I think we have improved so that in itself is success, I think how we do next season will determine how good a season it actually was.

7) Your opinion of Randy Lerner and the board?

I don`t think he has always got it right but I do think he has always acted in what he thought were Villas` best interest.

8) Which player/s should Villa sign this summer?

Happy with the approach Lambert is taking but if I could pick one it would be James McCarthy from Wigan.

9) Which player/s should Villa get rid of this summer?

Stephan Ireland, what a waste of talent (and Villas` money)

10) Favourite current player?

Andreas Weimann, great attitude

11) Who was your first footballing hero and who are your favourite all time player/s?

Liam Brady was my first, I was right footed but started to kick with my left foot because of him, now I have two left feet! Maradona, Messi, Zidane, Ray Houghton (for his goals v England and Italy for Ireland. I was at both games)

12) What do you expect us to do/finish this season?

Premier Top 8
FA Cup: Nice to get a good run, Winners I hope, make up for loss in 2000 which was lowest point following Villa, never even managed a shot in the final.
Carling: Winners, why not. Still a big cup when it`s your team in the Final.

13) You can ask yourself any question you want to about Villa and what is your answer?

David Villa and Dean Ashton so we could have had Ashton Villa up front! (maybe you could start a fun thread there)

14) Just to change the theme slightly, a snap shot of you outside of football, answer or ignore at your leisure:
