1) When did you become a Villa fan and why?
My dad was a born and bred brummie, and even though I never lived in the Midlands I was brought up on a strict claret and blue diet.
2) What is your favourite Villa moment of all time/most treasured memory?
Haha so many of them, I`m smiling already! All the games I went to with my dad are cherished memories (we were both ST holders), but the 2 Cup Final wins against Manure and Leeds were days out I`ll never forget. Actually, I`ve forgotten most of the Leeds one because I was too drunk.
3) If you could bring back a former Villa player into this team (at his peak) who would it be and why?
Cowans, Staunton, McGrath, Yorkie, Shaw and Teale, amongst many others. Why, are they available?
4) Paul Lambert? Your opinion please?
Mixed opinions on him. I like the fact that he makes decisions and sticks with them, but I feel that can sometimes be to his detriment. I think that, with more experience of running a club like Villa with huge expectations, he`ll get better and better.
5) Best and worst moments of last season?
So many bad ones, probably the embarrassment of losing to Bradford is the worst, closely followed by Chelsea. Best? Well, beating Sunderland was very satisfying.
6) Some say last season was a success, others not so much. What is your opinion?
Absolutely not a success!! The club and the fans deserve better than a successful relegation battle. It wasn`t a disaster, because we survived, but it can only be classed as a success if we can show in the new season that the kids have grown and will continue to improve from the last quarter of last season. Beginning of a new era, and all that!
7) Your opinion of Randy Lerner and the board?
I don`t blame randy for everything, but I certainly blame him AND the board for employing McLeish.
8) Which player/s should Villa sign this summer?
As I mentioned earlier: Cowans, Staunton, McGrath, Yorkie, Shaw and Teale, amongst many others. 😀
9) Which player/s should Villa get rid of this summer?
El-Ahmadi, Bent, Hutton, Given, Fonz, Bannan, Stevens.
10) Favourite current player?
Benteke
ah wait dammit! Ok, it`s actually a hard question, amazingly. I`m going for Gabby (loyalty to the Villa cause goes a long way in my book).
11) Who was your first footballing hero and who are your favourite all time player/s?
My first hero was probably Andy Gray, and my fave all time players are Gray, Yorkie, Teale and McGrath.
12) What do you expect us to do/finish this season?
Premier: 10th

When will we get a manager that will follow my instructions!! Answer: never.
