Feedback Required For Official Site Revamp

There has been a fair amount of talk about the official site recently, even some feedback left in the General’s thread and the club are looking to totally overhaul it. Now to do that so that we are all happy, they want our feedback – which makes sense !

There will be a meeting soon for feedback from the main independent sites and other areas who have an interest and for Vital Villa, I’d like to take the prompts from all the members.

If you have something (sensible) to say – (they already know at the moment it isn’t up to scratch and so don’t need that said again) go for it.

Some prompts:

What is the most important news and why?
Which items of content are good and which times do you think are bad?
Outside of the main News stories (manager and team etc) what are the most important informational items you think they should focus on?
How important are blogs and interaction to you on the official site?

Wish lists and / or ideas?

Further to that and tied in with the official site is the ability to buy tickets online:

How important is online purchasing of match tickets/season tickets to you?
How is the overall online eTicketing experience?
What products/services would you like to be able to buy online?

Logins… at the moment to buy merchandise and tickets, you have to have separate logins, are you happy to keep them like that?
