Angry reactions to Steve Bruce`s on twitter after he again praised the fans for their great support away from home despite the woeful loss v Brentford last night.

Seems from the reactions underneath, from fans who were at the awful game, he might have said that after the match but he bowed his head and didn`t acknowledge the fans as he left the match on the night.
Acknowledge them next time then. #avfc

A counter argument was put:
Tbh hard to acknowledge when the loudest voices are singing ‘Bruce out` & ‘you don`t know what you`re doing`
I`d have kept walking. RW (@VillaRich22) December 26, 2017
But then the rest of the reactions in that thread on twitter appear to be going only the one way, against the manager.
I can`t believe we are back to this but it is hard to argue against the anger and frustration. How have we improved over the two seasons he`s been here? Last night illustrated we haven`t.
Don`t want to get personal with manager, he seems a nice bloke, but in the 19 months he been at club the football has been shocking and the results not good enough for arguably the best squad in this division

The fans he walked past at full time last night with his head bowed avoiding them? the fans who travel & spend a fortune for the love of this great club, who tolerate his mediocre football and his repetitive post match soundbites? I too think we are bloody amazing. up the Villa.

Why didn`t he applaud them then?

I could go on, you can read the comments yourself though. This is so very depressing.
