Nigel Hokey Cokey believes Wayne Routledge will settle right in to the dressing room as it’s so easy going!

It’s not the first time Hokey Cokey has talked about the dressing room spirit on the official site, and although it was a disappointing window, he believes Routledge will be a fantastic addition to the squad.

‘Wayne is a great addition to the squad. He’s an out and out winger. He can play right or left but prefers the right side.

‘He is pacy, very skilful and tremendously direct.

‘He will fit in perfectly – anyone would. He will slot in, it’s an easy going dressing room.

‘It’s a family dressing room – and we’re all striving for the same goals.

‘Overall, it is very exciting times at the moment and ahead too. We have had a great past few months. We’re in a strong position in the table – it’s where we want to be.

‘The team spirit is tremendous. The morale is superb. We have had that since the start of the season.

‘We have a superb attitude – a winning mentality. We never know when we’re beaten.

‘We have come back in several games throughout the season and that has bred confidence in the team. It’s the same with the substitutes too, not just in the starting XI.

‘We have a mix of personalities. We’ve got very quiet dressing room but we also have those outspoken characters too. That’s perfect.’

I think Hokey would be one of those outspoken ones, it’s just an inkling.
