Steve Bruce talked about the turning fans after the useless performance and loss to Brentford. He does at least admit he`d have done the same venting wise: ‘I`ve said it many, many times about them. That`s why we`re a big club with a big history and big tradition. We`ve got a loyal support and they rightly vented their frustrations and feelings tonight. The odd game we`ve shown glimpses but then the team seems to be changed again and we go back to the ‘handbrake football` (a phrase I saw another fan, can`t remember where, using).
