The Sky Bet Championship action returns this weekend and we’re bound to be excited to see what the Villans are going to be able to produce in the coming games.
We kick off the run-in with a game against Blackburn Rovers and we must guard against complacency with them set for a mid-table finish and having nothing to play for.
Away from the pitch, though, one man seems to be making all the right noises in terms of our hopes of signing him.
Tyrone Mings has been excellent this season for us since arriving on loan and his impact at the back has seen us rise through the standings to get into the play-offs.
It seems, too, that he is very happy here and pleased he joined, too, which would suggest he might want to be here past the end of the campaign:
“The aim is obviously to make the play-offs, but coming here and playing games, and feeling wanted was so important.
“Personally, it was a big choice and I 100 percent believe I made the right one.”
At the end of the day, players want to be playing and to be loved and he has both here at the moment – why change it?
