Scott Hogan is due at Aston Villa for a medical after Brentford accepted a bid of around £10m, Sky sources say.
Villa emerged as favourites for 24-year-old Hogan’s signature early on Deadline Day when it became clear West Ham’s interest in the striker was over.
Hogan has 21 goals in 33 games for Brentford. Now you put those stats with the assists now possibly from our re-vamped midfield and we could well see Villa shoot up the league.
