After a slow start to life at Aston Villa, on loan Wolverhampton Wanderers defender Kortney Hause is pretty much enjoying a new lease of life.
The 23-year-old was quickly drafted in by head coach Dean Smith, but with only two appearances to his name for Wolves this season, he needed a bit of time to get up to speed and we didn’t see the best of him in his Wigan Athletic debut in January, but since returning to the first team fold, he has been incredibly impressive in his nine appearances since then.
Scoring his first club goal in the victory over Nottingham Forest back in March, he’s undoubtedly played his part in our record ten game unbeaten run and we’ll be looking to try and extend that further this weekend as we make the trip to Elland Road and Leeds United on Sunday.
Hause will be hoping to return to the side this weekend if he can having been waylaid by injury in the last few weeks.
With a permanent clause included in his loan deal, plenty of fans are already hoping we snap that up quickly and there will be those who read into a recent Instagram post when it come to his happiness at the club.
