The Sky Bet Championship action keeps on coming this season and Villa travel to South Yorkshire to take on Rotherham United in another crucial clash.

It’s big for both, of course, with the Millers struggling at the bottom of the table but still possessing plenty of fire and fight.

It’ll be tough, then, and it appears also potentially a tough task when it comes to trying to keep Mitch Clark.

The young defender is yet to really break through for the Villans and the Stoke Sentinel is reporting that if we cannot get a deal struck for him – and it is thought we might like to – then Port Vale might be keen.

He’s on loan at the Valiants at the moment, of course, as they look to get safe in League Two and might well be tempted with his current contract with us at the end of the season.

His future is up in the air right now, then.
