Where Will Villa Finish?

Mark Lawrenson has reviewed the season and predicts top ten for Villa saying ‘possibly a Uefa Cup spot’.

Lawro told the BBC site: ‘Villa had a good start, an iffy middle and a decent finish to last season and boss Martin O’Neill will be looking for them to progress this year in his second term in charge. I would not be surprised to hear of O’Neill signing a couple more players before the transfer deadline at the end of August.’ And points at John Carew as our key man.
