Aston Villa’s FA Youth Cup tie against Broxbourne Borough in the fifth round has now had the details confirmed.
Having defeated Blackburn Rovers at the fourth round stage seven six on penalties, Broxbourne came through themselves with a one nil victory over Yeovil Town in their tie.
Following discussions between the clubs we will now host the ninth tier side at Villa Park on Saturday February 4 and the game will kick off at 11am.
Our aim in the final 16 tie will be to book our place in the next round and having won it back in 2002, runners up in 2004 and reaching the final again in 2010 and the semi final in 2011 – well it’s kind of time we brought the trophy home again isn’t it.
