Aston Villa made the trip to Carrow Road for this weekend’s Premier League clash as we faced off against fellow promoted side Norwich City.

With both good and bad from our performances this season as we made the adjustment back to the top flight, fans had wondered what would happen when we better clicked and really put in a performance, and Saturday’s travellers were treated to just that as Wesley grabbed a brace, and we saw further goals from Jack Grealish, Conor Hourihane and Douglas Luiz.

There were three other people in attendance though, Prince William had made the trip, bringing the family with them, and of course, head coach Dean Smith was always going to be asked about them watching on as we took such a comprehensive victory.

Speaking to the BBC following the game, he commented.

“I’ll be getting them tickets for every game now if they need them. I hope they can get here every game if that is what it needs, I might even get them on the team bus.”

A lucky charm maybe?
