“It’s Been An Honour” – Villa Fans Will Love This Man’s Latest Comments

The arrival of Bournemouth centre-half Tyrone Mings back in the January transfer window couldn’t really have gone much better for Aston Villa or the player himself.

The 26-year-old has quickly established himself as a fan favourite for his efforts on the pitch and his interaction on social media, and the defensive colossus has more than played his part in our rise up the Championship table in the second half of the year and our 12 game unbeaten run which included a record breaking winning streak.

With plenty of fans hoping that our ‘matching offer’ clause gives us the advantage over the summer to secure his services on a permanent deal – suffice to say, if we do and he continues the form we’ve seen from him, he’s a shoe in as one of our future legends.

Having been rested against Norwich with one eye on the Play-Off battles ahead, Mings was back on social media following the game and for many, his choice of words are again a hint as to where he sees his future.

You can imagine the responses to his message, but I think this says enough.
