Martin O’Neill has admitted he is clueless over the FA charge levied on him following on from his comments about Mike Blimey O’Riley after the Man U match.

Speaking to Sultana Sports O’Neill explained that he doesn’t know exactly what he has been charged with citing that all he has been told is ‘improper conduct’ relating to his behaviour in the aftermath of Man U’s 3rd goal.

“I`ve got a few days in which to answer my case. I`ll find out exactly what the charges are, I genuinely have not read it yet and will do after Sunday`s game. If I think the case is worth fighting then I will do so.”

It’s certainly worth fighting, quite why managers during or after a match can’t point out the referee’s or assistants failings when they are openly obvious to everyone else is beyond me.

I know people have been through the injury time, and whilst it may have been minute accurate, there is also the truth that if we were playing Man U at Villa Park and the circumstances were reversed, there is no way in hell we’d have been given the time to get a winner.

And that’s ignoring the foul on Ashley, and the 3 ridiculous offside decisions.
